Jan. 1: New Cap Maison Antillia Beer
To help Antillia Brewing celebrate 10 years of brewing some of the best craft beers in Saint Lucia, we’ve partnered with our island neighbors to launch a new beer! Improper, a light and refreshing Saint Lucian ale made with golden apples, will join Formidable IPA and The Naked Fisherman IPA as our second offering. Sip on this new island flavor at Cap Maison restaurants starting Jan. 1.
March 23-24: Guest Chef James Rigato of Mabel Gray
Hailing from Detroit, James Beard “Best New Restaurant” semi-finalist James Rigato will take over the kitchens at The Naked Fisherman on Friday, March 23 and The Cliff at Cap on Saturday, March 24. His restaurant, Mabel Gray, was named one of Eater’s “21 Best New Restaurants in America.”
