In early October, our mixology masters had the opportunity to whip up our in-house favorite Cap Maison Cliff Hanger and their own creations at Cap Maison Bar Challenge 2016, held at The Naked Fisherman Beach Bar and Grill.
Even if you missed this exciting event, you can create your own Cap Maison cocktails at home with the adjusted recipes below. While the contest called for local rums and products, we’ve made it so you can have your own sip of paradise anywhere around the world.
Cap Maison Cliff Hanger
1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. Bounty rum
1/2 oz. cream d’ banan
3-4 dashes bitters
Shake all ingredients together in a shaker. Serve in a high ball glass. Garnish with a pineapple glass.

1 oz. Chairman’s spiced um
1/2 oz. triple sec
1/2 oz. falernum
3 drops bitters
Muddle lemon and lime in a shaker glass. Add rum, triple sec, falernum and bitters. Serve in a martini glass. Garnish with lemon or lime.
