Nightly: The Cliff at Cap Sunset Special

From 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., The Cliff at Cap restaurant will offer a tasty treat to accompany stunning sunset views. Enjoy foie gras and a glass of select wines for U.S. $50 (or $15 for just the wine).

Thursday, Dec. 21; Friday, Dec. 29; Saturday, Dec. 30; Monday, Jan. 1

Rum and Stars on the L’Argent Deck: At 10 p.m., we dim the lights a little and bring out the telescope to enjoy stargazing. Sit, relax and watch the stars go bye while sampling our rum (The Chairman’s Reserve Forgotten Cask is a great way to begin!) Cost is U.S. $8 per glass.

Friday, Dec. 22; Tuesday, Jan. 2

Chairman’s Get Together on the L’Argent Deck: At 10 p.m, enjoy a gathering of distinct flavors from a variety of Saint Lucian Chairman’s Reserve rums. Cost is U.S. $40 per person for a flight.

Wednesday, Jan. 3

The Quintessential Tasting: Rum, Bourbon and Cognac on L’Argent Deck: Enjoy a flight featuring a sample each of rum, bourbon and cognac. U.S. $50 per person.

Wednesday, Dec. 27; Thursday, Dec. 28; Wednesday, Jan. 3

Rum & Ale Adventure: – Join us on an excursion to Barbay Distillery and Antillia Brewery to tour the facilities and learn just what makes Saint Lucian beer and liquor so special. At Barbay, tastings cost U.S. $4 per person. Antillia samples are complementary. Tour costs U.S. $60 per person (lunch included).

Dinner at the “Chef’s Table”:  Award-winning Michelin trained Chef Craig Jones will create a five-course culinary adventure at The Cliff at Cap, matched with purposefully selected fine wines by our onsite sommelier.
