Why not try your hand at Couples Cooking Classes
Couples can enjoy a delicious beginning to their new life by exploring the cuisine and indigenous products of the Caribbean together, under the expert guidance of the resort’s Executive Chef Craig Jones, of Cliff at Cap restaurant. Chef Jones will arrange private cooking class for the bride and groom which includes taking the newlyweds on a market tour of St Lucia to gather up the day’s produce. $150 per couple.

We bring you wines that you may not have tried before, and you can be assured that the investment in our own private cellar provides perfect resting conditions for both our house Pinot Noir and the odd bottle of Chateaux Petrus.

Cooking Demos - Saturdays after Market Tour– a private cookery lesson using some of the produce collected from the Castries Market, learn how to prepare a local dish using the freshest of produce and amaze your friends with you new found talent - US$75 per person
