Booking Terms & Conditions


Per room per night and include full breakfast, subject to 10% service charge and, before 1st April 2014, 8% government tax or 10% from 1st April 2014 and beyond.


Dinner US$75 daily per person plus 10% service charge and 8% government tax before 1st April 2014, 10% thereafter. Children: meals charged as taken unless part of a special package.


Welcome year round. Up to 2 children under 12 years stay free when sharing with 2 adults in the following accommodation: 1 Bedroom Villa Suite, 1 Bedroom Villa Suite plus Jacuzzi, and in 2 or 3 Bedroom Villa Suites (if adults utilising existing bedrooms). No bookings with children under 7 years will be allocated upper floor suites. Infants under 2 years are accommodated free sharing (cot provided). Minimum stay:

5 nights 19 - 26 December (Christmas), 7 nights for stays between 27th December and 5th January (New Year)

Payment Policy:

A 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. The balance of the stay is payable on arrival at the hotel (at Christmas and/or New Year the balance is payable 60 days in advance). Cap Maison accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.


A 3 night cancellation charge will apply to all bookings cancelled between 30 and 8 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival the full amount is payable. Please click here if you wish to cancel or amend your booking.

The following exceptions apply:

21 December to 03 January the charge for bookings cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival is the loss of deposit. Between 30 and 7 days prior to the arrival date the charge is 50% of the total value of the booking or the deposit (whichever is the greater). Cancellations within 7 days the full amount is payable.

Cap Maison strongly advises that guests take out insurance that covers them for any cancellation charges.
