Savour the Taste
This year we aim to emulate the success of last year’s “Savour the Taste” event, where three of St Lucia’s leading chefs cooked in collaboration and presented a “Tapas Style” menu with paired wines. The Chefs were Craig Jones – Cap Maison, Chef Xavier from the Coal Pot and Chef Bobo from The Edge and Fire Grill Restaurants.
Working alongside the Executive Chefs were the Junior Iron Chef Champion for 2011 and 2 of our junior Saint Lucia Culinary Team members so a great development opportunity for three aspiring chefs.
This year’s event will follow a similar format and we are delighted to have Xavier once more with us from the Coal Pot, together with Craig from Cap Maison.
They will again be accompanied with the Junior Iron Chef Champion for 2012 and two junior members of the Saint Lucia Culinary Team
Entertainment on the evening will be provided by 4th World a well know reggae band from Vieux Forte in the south of the island
